Meet Anielyn, a wife and mother who lives in the Philippines. Life has been extremely difficult 
for her lately. Her husband has been searching to find work, but without success. As a result, their children (ages 8, 5, and 4) have not been able to get enough food. Worry over providing for them is unbearable and has caused stress for the whole family.
One day, Anielyn visited the local church desperate for help. Thankfully, through our partnership with the Children’s Hunger Fund (CHF), she was given a Food Pak to meet some of her family’s needs. This was such an encouragement. What a relief it was for Anielyn to realize that because of the Food Pak, her children would have enough to eat for the next two weeks! What’s more, the church provided an additional Food Pak two weeks later.
As her husband still searches for consistent work, our partners continue to provide assistance to ease some of the burdens these parents face in seeking to care for their children. This has been a huge help to their family in such a difficult time. Anielyn and her entire family recognize the blessing the resources they are given have been and are truly thankful.
