James Bramble received a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in Spanish from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and his juris doctorate in law from the University of Utah College of Law. As USANA's general counsel, Jim oversees important legal aspects of the company's business practices, and in his role as USANA's corporate secretary, he ensures that USANA complies with relevant legislation and regulations. He is active in the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Direct Selling Association. Jim ran political campaigns for the Utah State Legislature, has taught American national government as an adjunct instructor at Salt Lake Community College, and he served as director of the Salt Lake Film Society.
As the former president of the USANA True Health Foundation, Elaine Pace now continues her charitable work as a board member for the Foundation. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government, where she focused her studies on nonprofit management and dispute resolution. She also previously served as the president of Sanoviv Medical Institute.
Brian Paul is the executive director of communications for the USANA True Health Foundation. Brian has worked in the visual media industry for over twenty years—first documenting missions for the United States Air Force, and going on to explore a wide-ranging career in film, digital communications, and live events for global audiences. Brian has used his experience telling stories to impact many charitable organizations throughout the world, including the Children’s Hunger Fund, one of USANA’s trusted partners. For the last ten years, Brian has worked as USANA’s creative media director to inspire its worldwide salesforce to achieve their health and financial goals by helping others.

Ayugi Arunga is the program manager for the USANA True Health Foundation. A native of Kenya, Ayugi brings with her sense of global philanthropy instilled in her from a young age. Ayugi has had extensive experience working with multiple nonprofits in different capacities, both in Kenya and in the US - serving as a student board member for the Hope Alliance and cofounder for ADIPA Speak Up, a nonprofit that connects female victims of domestic violence with resources to help them better their outcomes. A recipient of multiple research scholarships, Ayugi is well versed with multiple issues facing vulnerable populations and has sharpened her skills in addressing these issues promptly and efficiently. She received her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.

Susan Derber is the coordinator for the USANA True Health Foundation, leading donor stewardship since its inception. Susie has been part of the USANA family since 2004, first through management roles with ProTools, Inc., and later as a member of the customer service team, earning the USANA Community Service Award for her exemplary commitment to making the world a better place for those in need. Susie works closely with the Foundation’s philanthropic partners, ensuring that resources are available and used for maximum positive impact for people who are suffering. She earned her general education degree from Whittier College in her home state, California.
