True Health Foundation Answers the Call – Hurricane Harvey

In an effort to aid those affected by the wide-spread devastation of Hurricane Harvey, the USANA True Health Foundation has donated $130,000. This amount will be used for food, nutrition and other aid through THF’s long-time partners, the Children’s Hunger Fund and International Relief Teams, as well as Houston-based officials who will assist in distribution.   “Through the generosity of our Associates and other donors, the True Health Foundation will be able to distribute 27 pallets of food equaling over 15,000 meals. MAKE A MAGNIFICENT IMPACT IN 2017

By Brian Paul Each year I like to take time to reflect on the previous year – the ups and downs, what brought me happiness and what I could work on next year to become the best possible person I can be. Is it me or do we sometimes feel like the year has beat us up a bit? Maybe a lot. I, myself, have had a year filled with illness, injury and too many personal goals pushed aside. When it comes to charitable giving I usually tend to fall short there as well. I usually regret not giving more and not serving more.

UTHF 365 Program: How You Can Make a Difference

I want you to imagine for a moment that you’re living in a village in the Philippines. Typhoon season has come through, and your whole village is wiped out. It happens at least every other year. Your home is completely destroyed. All of your food reserves are now gone. You have three young children—seven, five, and three years old—who are now hungry and cold.
