A gleam of hope as aid gets to Kasai, DRC Congo

People of Kasai, Democratic Republic of Congo can breathe a sigh of relief, thanks to our partnership with World Vision and the World Food Programme (WFP). Through this partnership, we are providing food to ease their hunger problems triggered by violent conflicts. When the war broke out in August 2016, the inhabitants of Kasai, who are predominantly farmers, fled their homes and abandoned their farm lands. A Helping Hand and Food in Their Bellies

Meet Anielyn, a wife and mother who lives in the Philippines. Life has been extremely difficult for her lately. Her husband has been searching to find work, but without success. As a result, their children (ages 8, 5, and 4) have not been able to get enough food. Worry over providing for them is unbearable and has caused stress for the whole family.  One day, Anielyn visited the local church desperate for help.
