Finding Joy Through Service

We were going to a place very different from the one we had left, and it was evident we would have many opportunities to help the people here. Service, giving back to those in need, is of fundamental importance to me. So, when the True Health Foundation contacted me in July to join their service trip to Mexico, I was both thrilled and  ...

Ambassador spotlight- Daniela Munoz

Meet Daniela Munoz, a rising leader in USANA’s Mexico market, and an ardent THF supporter who has not only attended our annual MX service trip to Vicente Guerrero, but has also continued to consistently find ways to serve in her immediate community. All the wells in your village start to run dry because the water is that low- and the little water left tastes awful because of the concentration of minerals at the bottom of the well. Because water has become so rare, your village stops growing its own food, making fruit and fresh vegetables a rarity that would draw a crowd upon its  ...

How Serving in Baja Mexico Reframed Our Life- By Danielle Mah & Stephen Chong

By: Danielle Mah Danielle and Stephen My husband Stephen and I grew up with not very much. We both remember digging through bags of second hand clothes as kids and our parents working long hours to provide. While our story sounds no different than a lot of our friends and peers, because a lot of their parents are also immigrants, we both believed that there was more to life than just going to school and making money. Over the years we’ve been involved in serving at church, giving to the homeless in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, helping out at UGM, soup kitchens, fundraising  ...
